Carlton Fitness Gym goal is to help people understand there are simple ways to keep your body health, toned and active. We provide all the tools and support you need to achieve this.​

open 24/7

Carlton Fitness is open 24 hours, 7 days a week for your convenience. We are a members only facility, However, casual and trial workouts by appointment during staff hours.

Functional Training will enable you to be fit enough for all the day to day activities you do now and as you get older.  Developing good core strength is one of the foundation & benefits of Functional Training.

Our motivated team will provide you with the advice you want, the support you need & the results you dream of!  Unlike most Gyms our trainers are all employees (not self employed Personal Trainers) & their role is to support members on their fitness journey.

Group Training classes are FREE as part of your membership and a great way to get results in a supervised and supportive environment.  Whether you're new to exercise, don't like training on your own or just want to add a bit of verity to your current training Group Training is ideal.  Classes that suit all fitness levels and age groups. Whether your looking at general toning or putting on muscle we have all you need for all fitness programs: Including Dumbbells up to 40kg, fixed weighted Barbells & a full range of free weights.  Plus a full range of Cardio: including Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Upright & Recumbent Bikes, Spin Bikes, VersaClimber, Wind Cycles.  Great to improve your cardio fitness, burn body fat or part of a well balanced exercise routine

We have a range of Boxing related options for you, ranging from Boxing for Fitness in a group training environment, Kids & Adult confidence building sessions to one-on-one technique sessions with Master Boxing Instructors.
